e Smoke Info
An e Smoke or Electronic Cigarette as they are often called, is an electronic device that is intended to allow tobacco smokers the opportunity to fulfill their smoking sensation needs and take in nicotine in a less harmful manner than traditional tobacco smoking.
The e Smoke looks like a cigarette, but is made of metal and plastic. There are three main parts to an electronic cigarette, the batter at the front which unscrews to be recharged, the atomizer that vaporizes the nicotine, and the replaceable cartridge which holds the nicotine substance.
Using an e Smoke is as easy as picking it up and inhaling. This action activates the device which then vaporizes the nicotine to be inhaled. The vapor that is inhaled looks like tobacco smoke, but once exhaled it disappears and has very minimal odor.
The nicotine substance contains mainly Propylene glycol with the liquid nicotine. This allows the liquid to be vaporized. Propylene glycol is used in a variety of household and consumer products including as a moisturizer in medicines, cosmetics, food, toothpaste, and mouth wash. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined propylene glycol to be “generally recognized as safe” for use in food, cosmetics, and medicines.
The nicotine refill cartridges for the e smoke are available in various flavors, as well as strengths. Many users find that moving from high to medium to low nicotine level cartridges helps them reduce their anxiety and withdrawal symptoms. There is also a zero nicotine level cartridge for those prepared to give up nicotine completely.
